今天夠多人寫這件事了，不過我還是來寫一下。
有人破解出HD DVD的process key並且把他po到doom9的論壇，然後最近有人在blogger上發表這件事，然後有人digg他，結果digg.com就收到AACS的律師信，digg.com把該筆資料砍掉，結果使用者群起反抗，開始到處digg相關文章，接著還有了T-shirt、網站、歌和各種改圖...etc，最後digg.com決定和使用者站在同一邊～～。
這堆文章當中有幾段話我還蠻有感覺的：

But now, after seeing hundreds of stories and reading thousands of comments, you've made it clear. You'd rather see Digg go down fighting than bow down to a bigger company. We hear you, and effective immediately we won't delete stories or comments containing the code and will deal with whatever the consequences might be.
If we lose, then what the hell, at least we died trying.
（但現在，在看過了數以百計的故事和成千上萬的意見之後，各位已經清楚的表達了你們的意見。諸位寧見Digg因與跨國企業頑抗而亡，也不願見Digg因卑躬屈膝而活。我們聽見了，從這一刻開始我們將不會刪除任何與該密碼相關的文章和論述。我們也願意面對所有因此行為而造成的後果。
就算我們最後依舊失敗，但至少我們曾努力奮戰到最後一刻。）
《紐約時報》的結論中引述了維吉尼亞大學法學院助理教授的話，因為有太多的網友參與這個事件，娛樂和內容產業自此將再也沒辦法進行任何有意義的法律行動，因為沒有人可以控告幾萬、甚至幾十萬人......
